More public services are moving online, but many elderly and disabled citizens cannot manage passwords, codes and small phone screens, and must depend on family or counter staff.
What we built
A citizen registers once at a counter. After that, at a kiosk, they look at the camera and enter a personal PIN. Liveness checks reject photos and screens, and access is granted only when both face and PIN match.
