What we collect
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors. If you send us an enquiry through the form, we receive what you type: your name, company (optional), an email address or phone number, what you need and your message. We also record the time it was sent and, to block abuse, a one-way hash of the network address it came from.
Why
Only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and a copy is sent to our company inbox. We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is active and delete it within 24 months of the last contact.
Spam protection
The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human without showing puzzles. Cloudflare processes limited technical information to do this, under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Write to aurumvelle@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +60 12-852 1585.
